All scripts, coding, or software developed by Silicon ISP for any client remain the intellectual property of Silicon ISP unless mutually agreed otherwise. Clients are not permitted to reproduce or resell any such materials without express permission from Silicon ISP.

Silicon ISP is not responsible for any copyright violations related to materials or content provided by the client.

Project Deadlines and Liability

Silicon ISP will not be held responsible for any costs, losses, or damages arising from failure to meet arranged deadlines, especially in circumstances beyond our control.

Website and Software Content

All content, both text and images, supplied by the client for use in the construction of websites or software remains the property of the client. It is assumed that all such material is free to use without breach of copyright laws.

Backups and Data Management

The use of Silicon ISP services is at your sole risk. While we perform regular backups, it is the client's responsibility to maintain their own backups of all files and data. Silicon ISP is not liable for any loss of data or files stored on our servers.

Investigation and Enforcement

Silicon ISP reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these terms and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, suspension, or termination of services. Silicon ISP is not obligated to refund any fees paid in advance if services are terminated due to violations.

Disclosure of Information

To comply with legal obligations, protect our systems, or ensure business integrity, Silicon ISP may access and disclose any necessary information, including user profiles, IP addresses, and usage history, to relevant authorities.

Service Maintenance

Silicon ISP reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, repair, or upgrades. While we strive to notify clients of any planned maintenance, we are not obligated to provide such notice.

Warranty Disclaimer

Silicon ISP provides services on an "as is" basis and does not offer warranties unless explicitly stated in a service agreement. The terms of the service agreement will determine the nature of any warranties provided.
